It's almost wedding season and girls often get a little flustered by the thought of different dress codes, not upstaging the bride, not looking like a bridesmaid, what dress will bag a groomsman... So, here is my guide to an array of different weddings and what to wear to each one.
Church Wedding
White is obviously a no no, but nude looks beautifully soft and often
quite sultry. Team with dark nails to give it a bit of an edge. A bejewelled collar
means you don't need to wear much jewellery at all.
Formal City Wedding
In the city, you can be that bit more glamorous, more cosmopolitan.
The cut of this full length dress is heavenly and so chic. Team with gold accessories and again, opt for a dark nail for contrast, or classic, glossy nude.
Country House Wedding
No doubt, at this kind of wedding you will be surrounded by greenery and rustic floral centre pieces. Embrace the theme and blend uber feminine floral print with accessories packed with sex appeal. Contrast the ditsy floral print of this 50's style frock, with the oversized floral corsage in your hair. Add rich black ribbon round the waist to finish,

Beach Wedding
For a beach wedding, you want a dress to waft in the breeze and ofset an amazing tan. This dress is simply stunning from all angles. Tousled hair is obligatory.
Indian Wedding
Indian weddings are always spectacular, packed with colour and luxury. If you don't wear the traditional garb, opt for a saturated jewel colour with sari-esque draping. Jewellery HAS to be gold and decadent, and a bindi is a final flourish.

Rock n Roll Wedding
For the wedding of that achingly cool couple (probably in the music industry) draw inspiration from Ms. Moss and don a short suit, one of the hottest trends for the season. Add a jaunty hat and MEGA heels.

Bohemian Wedding
Finally, for a slightly less traditional wedding day, this amazing tribal-inspired playsuit with cutouts will look fabulous at night. Cover for the ceremony with a bright, sharp white blazer
and a wide brimmed hat à la Bianca Jagger.

Charlotte, this post is absolutely fantastic. I adore every single outfit, I just wish I had some weddings to attend this summer to have an excuse to wear them all. Naturally my favourites were the first post with the jewel collared nude dress and the black nails. Perfection.x
