The geek has been the fash pack's unlikely muse for some time now and the term 'geek chic' isn't going anywhere. Thick rimmed glasses have become such a style must have that even those with perfect vision can get the look with a pair of plastic lenses from the high street. Preppy clothing should be all about layering and textures. Channel a librarian who reads Vogue hidden inside a more respected literary title, and you'll be on the right track. Time to study:
