Today, two colleagues came into the office in the same jeans. A fashion faux pas I hear you say? But when the jeans are as good as these I'm not sure it matters. Slim cut, saturated scarlet, perfectly cropped and the gold ankle zips are the pièce de résistance. The fact that both girls are accessorizing with animal print ballet pumps is also a coincidence.

For the perfect (indulgent) ballet pump, there is no other option than French Sole. The boutiques are dotted around but my favourite is tucked away on Ellis Street, off the Kings Road. A shoe for me HAS to have toe cleavage and French Sole specialises in a plethora of styles with different levels of 'toe exposure'. For the most sinful of toe flashing opt for the Harriet.
